HBC has been awarded the Bricks & Mortar Partnership annual award for 2021 by LABC Warranty! Awarded for the local authority building control team who go above and beyond in supporting the LABC network and ensuring the partnership with LABC Warranty is successful.
The Bricks & Mortar Partnership Award winners are chosen once a year, where only the best local authority building control team is rewarded with The Bricks annual award trophy, one of the construction industry’s most prestigious awards.
LABC Warranty is one of the largest providers of structural warranties in the UK for house builders, contractors and housing associations. Working in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC), allows them to provide a streamlined service. Combining building control and warranty to our customers, combined with a wealth of technical expertise.
Local authority building control teams can nominate themselves for the partnership award. They are scored on how well they work alongside LABC Warranty to provide a complete package of building control and warranty services to developers.
