In that way, we can help to identify any compliance issues well before they might create inconvenience, costs, and delay.
Our local knowledge and contacts with local Fire Officers, Environmental Health, Planning, and Highways teams are unrivalled and help with understanding ground conditions, mining or contaminated land identification, and remediation.
If required, we can provide experienced Surveyors to provide a building control input to design team meetings. We can also provide compliance reports for projects at RIBA work stages 2 and 3.
