We’re delighted to announce that Matt Scarrott joined HBC on 21st March as Commercial Director.
Matt is experienced in defining company strategy and delivering business growth in SMEs and corporate environments by developing effective customer partnerships. He joins us from NHBC having previously worked for Aedis and MDIS. At NHBC Matt managed activity providing insurance and consultancy services in priority growth markets, with responsibility for product development, marketing, and sales.
Being a keen motivator and problem solver Matt develops teams and generates positive change to achieve growth through clear communication, collaboration, and adopting shared beliefs to reach commercial goals.
