Hertfordshire Building Control, which undertakes the Building Control functions for Dacorum, Hertsmere, Broxbourne, Stevenage, East Herts, North Herts and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council local councils, have been celebrating the inaugural HBC Awards 2024!
The projects were completed during 2023. Judging is based on a range of criteria including compliance with the building regulations, accessibility and inclusive environment, sustainability & energy conservation and customer satisfaction.

These awards highlight the exceptional quality of construction projects being undertaken within our local authority districts. It is also a testament to the excellent customer-focused approach the HBC has with clients, ensuring such high standards of construction.”
Many of the projects have furthered their entries into the Regional LABC Building Excellence Awards to be judged later this year.
