KENILWORTH REGENERATION PROJECT
The Kenilworth Close is an ambitious redevelopment that will see significant regeneration of the Bragbury End neighbourhood centre. It will see the development of over 200 new homes, new retail, and a state-of-the-art new independent living centre.
The site previously housed two existing independent living schemes which were no longer suitable for long term use as well as poor quality retail units and community centre.
The new development looks to bring new residential homes and community facilities around a structured central green space. It will provide a state of the art independent living scheme consisting of 88 one and two bedroom apartments. Included in the overall design are
- Air source heat pumps
- Photo Voltaic Energy Generation
- Electric Vehicle Charging Points
going beyond what is required of the building regulations.
The development is split into two phases, with the first phase delivering affordable accommodation, as well as the new retail facilities. Phase one construction is currently underway and we have been inspecting the foundation stages of the development. The project is due to complete during 2024.
