Building regulations can be complex, but there’s no need for them to be daunting. Our Building Control processes have been designed to add value, by reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, delays and costs.
Covering all aspects of building work – from simple extensions and loft conversions to large-scale commercial or residential developments, we work with both commercial and residential customers, offering advice and guidance throughout a project.
We have achieved ISO 9001 status and in 2019 were awarded the LABC Warranty Bricks Award as the best local authority partner. Our surveyors have also been recognised nationally and as well as LABC Trainee of the year for 2018, LABC Rising Star for 2019 and LABC Superstar for 2019. Two of our surveyors are on the LABC training panel and on the LABC technical panel.
Operating in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, our team of qualified surveyors are one of the largest in the area, and are on hand to help with all aspects of the build (or renovation), whilst adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
